Exactly – I use only 4 ingredients: WATER + TEA + SCOBY + CANE SUGARI only use 4 ingredients: WATER + TEA + YEAST + CANE SUGAR
Everything remains on a natural basis:
- Lots of water
- Tea: Black, green, or white tea, also mate as a base
- Sugar: Light-coloured cane sugar*
- Kombucha fungus: Consists of yeasts and bacteria
