  • 3/4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 240 g tahini
  • 6 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla flavor drops
  • 1 big spoonful of miso
  • 100 g of maple syrup
Optional Add-Ins
  • Pumpkin seeds add after baking
  • Hempseeds
  • Almonds add after baking
  • Sunflower seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 160°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients
  4. In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and salt. Stir to distribute evenly.
  5. Prepare the Wet Mixture
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, tahini, maple syrup, oilive oil, coconut oil, and vanilla drops until smooth and well combined.
  7. Combine & Coat
  8. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  9. Prehead the oven.
  10. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning. Watch closely in the last few minutes to prevent burning.
  12. Remove from the oven and let the granola cool completely—it will crisp up as it cools. If desired, stir in dried fruits at this stage.
  13. Store best in an airtide box & enjoy anytime!
