Banana Chocolate Chip Cheesecake (High in Protein)

Zutaten
  

  • 1 500g Skyr
  • 3 fresh Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla custard powder or 40g cornstarch
  • 1/2 juice of a lemon
  • a few vanilla-flavored fitness drops
  • 3 ripe Bananas 2 inside + 1 on top

Kochutensilien

  • 1 Mixing bowl for all ingidients
  • 1 Fork for bananas
  • 1 Spartula
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 Kichten Scale

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. Cut 2 bananas into small chunks – set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Use a whisk and mix all ingredients.
  5. Then add the banana chunks into the mixture.
  6. Fill the mixture into your preferred cake tin.
  7. I used a loaf pan for this. Now, cut the other ripe banana in half. And put it on top of the loaf pan with the mixture inside.
  8. Bake for around 40-45 minutes.
  9. You can use a toothpick to check if it’s ready.
  10. Then set aside to cool.
  11. Once it’s cooled down, you can enjoy it right away – or transfer
