Method
- Preheat oven to 150°C.
- Cut 2 bananas into small chunks – set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Use a whisk and mix all ingredients.
- Then add the banana chunks into the mixture.
- Fill the mixture into your preferred cake tin.
- I used a loaf pan for this. Now, cut the other ripe banana in half. And put it on top of the loaf pan with the mixture inside.
- Bake for around 40-45 minutes.
- You can use a toothpick to check if it’s ready.
- Then set aside to cool.
- Once it’s cooled down, you can enjoy it right away – or transfer
